City of Polokwane: Corporate Office

The City of Polokwane has embarked on an urban regeneration project with prospects of a smart city by 2030. As the nerve centre of the city hub, the Polokwane Municipal office and civic centre forms an integral part of this initiative. The existing building dates back to the 1960s with an iconic International Style building, which, over the last 40 years went through various alterations. Our intervention seeks to revitalize the building and the surrounding environment.
